There are always a number of traffic methods that are proven to get targeted traffic to your business. Today I will be going over some of the top methods that have become popular or remained popular and effective in 2012.

However I no longer post my best articles to article directories as they just do not produce as they once used to. Instead I simply use decent quality articles to build high valued backlinks to my blog posts and blog. Leaving my best articles for my own blog makes sure all that traffic comes to my page instead of some article directory. With awesome plugins like Popup Domination I can easily convert this high valued traffic on to my list and sell them later on.
Social Media – Social media continues to grow however it seems to be shifting. While Facebook really is not the leader for marketers its instead turning to videos, groups and Google +. Creating a number of followers on here with a live broadcast once in a while is sure to net you some amazing branding results.
Solo Buys and Swaps – While there is a lot to learn and write about, some IM marketers and other niches allow you to buy solo ads to their lists. My conversion rates from this have been on average of 40% and with over 10,000 clicks bought from solo ad vendors I am seeing 4,000 + new opt ins to my list a month if not more! The Future – Simply put most of the old traditions remain intact. Its all about getting people on your list building a relationship and then recommending them a quality product from time to time.
